The 17th International Intelligent Traffic System Expo 2025(ITS ASIA 2025) moves to Chengdu, the land of abundance, and will be held at the West China International Expo City (Chengdu) from June 12 to 14, 2025. ITS ASIA 202 is jointly organized with the 5th ASIA International Transportation Exhibition and TRAFFIC ASIA to create a world-class exhibition platform for the transportation industry. ◆ Exhibition procedure

Fill in the booth application form, add stamp and scan, express or fax to the organizing committee. The booth fee shall be fully remitted to the Organizing Committee account within 5 working days after applying for the booth. Otherwise, the organizer will not retain the booth confirmed in the exhibition application.

Booth order allocation principle: "apply first, pay first, arrange first" exhibitors sign up for the exhibition and quit, the fee paid by the exhibition is not refundable. If the payment is not made within the specified time, the booth will not be reserved. For the overall planning of the exhibition, the organizing committee has the right to adjust individual booths and have the final interpretation.
